The 7th Low-Cost Planetary Missions Conference is devoted to programs of missions that cost less than $0.5B US, including launch, operations, science data analysis, and all relevant mission-specific technology development. The conference is a forum for planetary scientists, technologists, engineers, managers and agency officials to gather to exchange information and ideas for making this class of robotic mission richer scientifically while remaining affordably low-cost.
LCPM7 will be held on the campus of the California Institute of Technology in the heart of beautiful Pasadena, California in close proximity to NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Easily reached from Los Angeles International Airport, Pasadena has a spectacular location at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains and has many cultural and historical attractions as well as an Old Town district with an outstanding selection of restaurants.
