Guidelines for Invited Oral Presentations and Contributed Poster Presentations

ABSTRACT

Abstract submission is requested on or before: August 24, 2007.

INVITED ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Invited oral talks are to be 20-25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Standard projection equipment will be available for presentation as follows:

  • PC or MAC computer and projector
    • Please bring your oral presentation visuals on a thumb drive for uploading to the appropriate computer. File name should be: your last name/session title.
  • Overhead projector

CONTRIBUTED POSTER PRESENTATIONS

  • Poster Board Easels will be provided in the Dabney Hall Courtyard, directly across from Ramo Auditorium, Caltech. Your poster(s) should ideally be put up on the morning of your poster session, and taken down at the end of the day of your poster session. Poster sessions will be held on the afternoons of Wednesday, September 12, and Thursday, September 13.
  • Maximum Size: Height: 36" (91 cm) x Width: 41" (1 m)
  • Please ensure that the poster is clearly readable from a distance of at least 10' (3 m).
  • Thumb-tacks for attaching the poster will be provided on-site.
  • The poster sessions are strictly "hard copy" only. No electrical or electronic facilities will be provided.
